Policies
Tuition, Registration and Fees
  • Tuition payment in full is required prior to the first class.

  • Payment may be made by cash, check or online via PayPal. Do not mail cash.

  • Registration forms may be mailed with a check only (no cash or credit cards) made payable to Noble Fool Theatricals.

  • Forms will be processed at the end of the business day on which they are received.

  • Registration is not confirmed until payment in full is received.

  • The administrative staff will contact you if the class is full. You may choose to be put on a waiting list or select another class.

  • No refunds are given unless a class session is canceled by NFTPAA, or the class of your choice is full.

  • There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.

There are many popular classes and they do fill up quickly. It is always a good idea to have a 2nd choice if your 1st class of choice is full. If your first choice is full you may go on a waiting list for that class. If a space becomes available the administrative staff will contact you.

Attendance Policy
Students are encouraged and expected to attend class regularly. Due to the structure of the classes there are no make-up lessons. Students are expected to practice their lesson material outside of class. This is imperative for progress to occur.  No refunds will be issued for missed classes.

Substitutes
We are proud to have professional faculty who are still appearing and performing with some of the most respected ensembles in their respective fields. Occasionally their professional duties take them away from our classrooms. When teachers are performing, qualified substitutes are hired.  We appreciate your understanding.

Observation Policy
We ask that parents of children age 6 and older do not observe their child’s class.  The students find this distracting.  Each session ends with a performance or showcase that parents, families and friends are encouraged to attend.

Photography
Parents may videotape and/or photograph showcases and performances with the exception of the Youth Ensemble.  Videotaping or photographing Youth Ensemble performances is strictly prohibited due to copyright laws.

Noble Fool Theatricals may use any photograph and video taken of students and families for promotional purposes.

Cancellations/Withdrawals
We regret that no refunds can be given unless the class is canceled by Noble Fool Theatricals. In the event you are unable to attend a class session, fees paid will be transferred to a future class session of your choice.

No credits for withdrawals will be issued after the second class.

No refunds or credits will be given for individual missed classes.  Please be sure to mark your calendar with class dates.  We are unable to issue refunds due to forgotten classes or changes in personal schedules.

Low Enrollments

Most classes have a minimum of 6 enrollments.  You will be notified approximately a week in advance by email if the class in which you enrolled does not meet the minimum. We usually have many last minute enrollments, therefore we will make the decision on whether to cancel the class the day before the start date.  You will be notified by email.  If your class is cancelled, you have the option of switching to another class or we will issue a refund.
